MEET NCI'S FOUNDER
JASON PHILLIPS

My name’s Jason Phillips.

I battled anorexia when I was younger, and my recovery inspired me to go on and study nutrition in college.

What I quickly came to realize was that while school was really great at teaching me nutritional education, it actually taught me nothing about how to actually get people results.

In other words, I understood the Krebs Cycle inside out, but I couldn’t figure out how to get Mrs. Jones to comply with the things I was asking her to do. 

I graduated with a ton of knowledge, but also a ton of debt, quickly realizing that my very expensive degree was a waste.

It didn’t teach me practical ways to apply nutrition to get people results.
It didn’t teach me connection.
It didn’t teach me how to start and build a business.

So, I invested in myself – in coaches, mentors, courses. Anything to make me the best at my craft.

I got really good at getting people results, and despite lots of mistakes, I built a million dollar nutrition coaching business (more on how I did that later).

While that experience was incredible, I realized that my true love was actually helping coaches – get better at their craft, be more confident in their abilities, and build a fulfilling career that would afford them both impact and income.

That’s how the Nutritional Coaching Institute was born.

And that’s how the BILLION PERSON MISSION came to be.

I'LL GIVE YOU SOME CONTEXT...

My life goal is to impact a billion people. 

And while that seems impossible, my plan to do that is to give coaches the education and business development they need to have successful careers. 

Every person they help contributes to the billion person mission.

If you don’t know me and want me to check a few credibility boxes for ya, I’ve consulted for weight loss reality shows, traveled with the PGA tour, worked with UFC fighters, CrossFit athletes, WWE wrestlers, and fitness celebrities. 

I’ve spoken on stages with Ed Mylett, Alex Hormozi, Billy Gene. I am a regular guest on Mind Pump and was even invited on stage to speak at Google.

My biggest joy, though, is helping coaches who come to us at all stages of their journey and give them the tools they need to build the business of their dreams.
